Welcome to OK Pasal. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our online delivery services for fruits, vegetables, daily-use goods, household items, and snacks. By accessing or using our app, website, or services, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
2. Eligibility
By registering or using the platform, you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate, complete, and true
- You are legally capable of entering into agreements under Nepali law
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms
3. User Accounts & Registration
- Users may browse products without creating an account
- Guest checkout is available with limited features
- To create a full account, you must provide: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Delivery Address
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure
- You may request complete account deletion at any time, and all personal data will be permanently erased
4. Location Services
- Users must enable location access to check product availability
- Location data is used only for delivery and service availability
- Services may not be available in all regions of Nepal
5. Products & Services
OK Pasal offers on-demand delivery of:
- Fruits & vegetables
- Daily-use essentials
- Household items
- Snacks
Delivery time: 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on area and availability.
Product images, descriptions, and packaging on the platform may vary from actual items. We follow all local regulations regarding product sales, including restricted items.
6. Pricing & Payments
- All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise
- Accepted Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) only
- We do not store or process card, wallet, or bank details
- Any online transactions (if introduced in the future) will be handled by secure, trusted third-party providers
7. Notifications & Communication
By using our platform, you consent to receiving updates through:
- In-app notifications
- SMS
- Email
Messages may include order confirmations, delivery updates, cancellations, and refunds. Users must enable notifications to stay informed.
8. Order, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled before packaging starts
- Once packaging begins, cancellation is not allowed
Refund & Return Policy:
- Refunds/returns are allowed only if the customer receives incorrect items
- The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase
- No returns will be accepted after the 7-day window
9. Delivery Policy
- Estimated delivery time: 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on location and conditions
- The customer must be present at the delivery address
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to meet verification requirements will not be refunded
10. Data Privacy & Security
We collect personal data such as name, email, phone number, delivery address, and location. This information is used solely to operate and improve our services. We do not share user data with third parties unless required by law. Your data is stored securely following industry best practices. You may request full account deletion, after which all personal data will be permanently removed.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, images, product listings, logos, and software on the platform are the property of OK Pasal Pvt. Ltd. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.
12. User Obligations
Users agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Manipulate or abuse the ordering system
- Hack, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the platform's operations
13. Limitation of Liability
OK Pasal is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
- The quality of third-party supplied products
- Any misuse of restricted products after delivery
- Our liability is limited to the value of the disputed order only

Our platform may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies.
15. Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with the laws of Nepal governing product purchase, delivery, and digital transactions. Illegal use of the platform may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

OK Pasal may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pokhara, Nepal.
